Shipping with AV

We offer free DHL shipping on every US order. International shipments incur a shipping fee of US$50 To make your AV purchasing experience as stress-free as possible, we provide you with timely updates for each item in your order. 

Because we make most items at the time of the order, time from order to delivery will vary depending on the item ordered. All orders are shipped via DHL and are scheduled to arrive on or before the expected delivery date shown in the order confirmation. Some orders may arrive earlier than the expected delivery date if they are ready. You will receive an email confirmation once your order ships.

 

At AV Luxury Gems, we have shared in the unforgettable memories of thousands of our customers, and we understand that jewelry is often given for special surprise occasions such as an engagement. Please consult with us before purchasing if orders are needed within a certain timeframe. Our representatives will be happy to assist as some items can be shipped faster than others.

Shipping Policies

For your protection, AV Luxury Gems always:​

• Requires that all deliveries are made to a physical business or home address only. We do not ship to P.O. box addresses.

International shipments can be processed online. Customs processes and import duties are the responsibility of the customer; please check with your local customs office for information.

AV is committed to timely delivery for your order. However, delivery delays due to inclement weather conditions, carrier delays or incorrect addresses are beyond our control. Shipping fees are non-refundable. An alternative shipping method may be used when deemed appropriate to reach your target destination and target delivery date. On the rare occasion that your order is tampered with or lost during shipment, you must report this to AV within 5 days of receiving your tracking number.

For insurance reasons we cannot reroute packages after they have shipped from AV Luxury Gems.
