Lab Grown Diamonds

Lab-grown diamonds, also known as synthetic or cultured diamonds, are man-made gems that possess the same chemical composition, crystal structure, and optical properties as natural diamonds formed deep within the Earth's mantle. These diamonds are cultivated in controlled laboratory environments using advanced technological processes that mimic the natural conditions under which diamonds are created.

Lab-grown diamonds offer a sustainable, ethical, and environmentally friendly alternative to mined diamonds, without compromising on quality, brilliance, or durability. They are increasingly favored by consumers seeking responsibly sourced and affordable luxury.

All Lab Grown Diamonds listed can be shipped within 1 week of purchase. If diamonds are out of stock, you will be contacted with a list of options to choose from. Certificates are provided with all diamond purchases.

What you should know about diamonds

Consider the 4 C's

01

Carat

Carat weight measures the size of the diamond. Diamonds are typically weighed to the hundredth of a carat. It's worth mentioning that as carat weight increases, the rarity and cost of the diamond tend to rise exponentially, especially at certain milestone weights (e.g., 1-carat, 2-carat, etc.).

03

Color

Diamond color is graded on a scale ranging from D (colorless) to Z (light yellow or brown). The most valuable diamonds are colorless, with less color resulting in higher value. Near colorless diamonds (graded G-J) are also highly desirable and offer excellent value. While they may exhibit faint traces of color, they often appear colorless to the untrained eye and can provide a beautiful, sparkling presence in jewelry settings.

02

Cut

The cut of a diamond refers to its proportions, symmetry, and polish, which directly influence its brilliance and sparkle. A well-cut diamond reflects light internally and disperses it through the top of the stone, maximizing its brilliance. It would also encompass the diamond's shape such as round, princess, oval, etc.

04

Clarity

Clarity assesses the presence of internal flaws (inclusions) and external blemishes in a diamond. Diamonds are graded for clarity using a scale that ranges from Flawless (no inclusions or blemishes visible under 10x magnification) to Included (inclusions visible to the naked eye). The fewer the inclusions, the higher the clarity grade and value of the diamond. VS1-VS2 and VVS1-VVS2 are the most common clarity grades.
